A permanent resident in Enmore’s Queens Hotel, Queen Chow is Cantonese inspired fare with sass. This Queen has been so successful with her tantalising flavours and cheeky disposition, a second location replaced the restaurant Papi Chulo of Manly in mid-2018 and at The Whale Inn Narooma 2021. This end-to-end branding case study reflects 360 degree capabilities within the hospitality sector.
